C-2000 HEPA Contamination Control Unit
The C-2000 was developed to handle the rigorous demands of micro decontamination operations.
The Problem
During the anthrax scare of 2001, we were able to provide critical filtration at important sites all across the USA. We were approached by several government entities and hospitals at the height of the scare to provide an emergency solution to this developing problem; isolation tents needed to be set up, and critical filtration needed to be installed in each location. Alarming reports were coming in from all over the country, and we needed to act fast. Not only did we have to come up with an immediate solution, we also had 10 days to have everything shipped out to locations all over the country.
The Solution
We suggested our C-2000 Negative Pressure HEPA Filtration Unit. Each Isolation Tent had a C-2000 allowing more than 20 air changes per hour. Each unit was fitted with a 12” exhaust collar, and a negative pressure kit was installed allowing the C-2000 to vent outside allowing for negative pressure and pristine, clean air inside.
We had over fifty stainless steel C-2000 units on-site all across the USA within days.
