Static-Free Dust Collector for Fugitive Dust Capture

Stainless Steel Arm and Automatic Filter-Cleaning

ATEX
Coral JETCLEAN DF1 NFPA 652 with 316 SS ATEX Arm.

DF1 NFPA 660 is a portable 120v single-phase Dust Extractor with ATEX 316 Stainless Arm, Anti-Sparking Fan, and Conductive Cartridge Filters..  Explosive dust particles from industrial processes need to be collected and properly filtered for safety, better productivity, and compliance with NFPA 660 Standards for ST1 and ST2 combustible dusts. EHS and AHJ normally allow enclosureless units in HAZLOC as long as they are compliant with standards recommended by NFPA. The company AHJ or EHS normally has to sign off on usage of  XP dust collection. When we discuss the application we examine all aspects to make sure we are offering the safest and most effective solution for your unique application.

Designed to Stop the Dust Cloud When Pouring Powders into a Mixer or Blender

Designed to stop the nuisance dust cloud that occurs when pouring powders in to a mixer. That dust eventually drifts off and settles in hard to reach places. The best way to overcome this is by doing a direct source-capture right at the opening to stop the dust from drifting away and becoming a dust plume.

The most common reason for a portable XP dust collector is when you are pouring bags of organic powders into a blender or a mixer.  The lighter dust plumes off and becomes a nuisance dust cloud.

By placing the snorkel about 8 inches away from the pouring, the nuisance dust will flow into the articulating arm pushing clean breathable air back into the work area that has been filtered to HEPA specifications.

Combustible Dust | Dust Explosions

Capturing combustible dust particles is an important part of workplace safety and risk management. Dust collection systems and vacuum cleaners designed for combustible dust can help prevent fires and explosions by capturing dust before it spreads into the air.

A bolt-On PLENUM Can Be Added for Trapping of VOC and Toxic Dusts

TEFCIP55
PLENUM bolts on to roof of DF1. It doubles as a silencer.

A bolt-on plenum can be added for trapping of VOC or sub-micron harmful dust. It can contain a .3 @ 99.97% eff HEPA, or a 38 lbs. activated carbon cell for VOC.

The configuration of filtration used will be specific to your application. We have aluminized conductive cartridges, as well as NANO web for sticky fume, and polyester spunbond for powders, and FR for welding.

You can customize the unit on-site for a wide range of applications by having additional filters on hand.

The 316 Stainless Arm can be wall-mounted

316 Stainless ATEX Arm - Food Grade and NFPA Compliant.  The Evolution arm base is equipped with a custom rotary bearing which enables a 360º rotation to optimize usability. This patented external joint design not only offers easier operator adjustability of the arm but also results in a lower static resistance to facilitate improved contaminant capture and removal.

This improved performance results in lower operating costs, less operating noise, and improved air quality for the operator at the workstation. Overall, this unique design enables the arm to out-perform other arms available on the market.
