VCF and HCF Cartridge Collector
The HCF can be ceiling mounted if there is no floor space. The VCF's vertical design gives it a tiny footprint.
The Vertical or Horizontal Cartridge Filtration systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of dry dusts, and fumes,generated from sanding, grinding, welding, and other processes. Typically utilized for control of moderate to heavy concentrations of dry contaminates, the VCF and HCF series collectors are provided with self-cleaning, pulse-jet filter cleaning to minimize maintenance and reduce replacement filter costs.
HCF units are usually suspended from above with eye-bolts and chains. VCF units are floor-mounted, or mounted with a hopper and stand. The VCF/HCF units are a self-contained, ready to be powered, compact source capture collector to satisfy many industrial requirements. For sticky laser welding dusts we add our PTFE coated cartridge filter. These sticky dusts normally plug up the pores of a conventional cartridge, but with the PTFE cartridge it pulses right off.
VCF Series - Vertical Dust Collectors
The VCF Dust and Fume Collectors have a very small footprint for the amount of filter area and CFM that they deliver. At less than 25" Wide, the VCF-2 is a great all-day production grade dust collector that takes up very little space. Click THIS-LINK to see a Dimensional Drawing. Built to order right here in the USA, the VCF Dust Collectors can be configured in multiple ways providing very efficient dust collection while returning clean, breathable air back into the work space. When working with very fine powders, a smaller dust collector might provide enough cfm, but they can fall short when it comes to overall filter surface area.
VCF-1 Features:

HCF Series - Horizontal Dust Collectors
The HCF Series is a ceiling hung collector which has four horizontal cartridge filters used for dust or fume collection. With the addition of extraction arms mounted to the side of the unit the HCF is a great collector for weld fume. By adding an ambient inlet this unit can be hung from the ceiling to circulate the air inside of a manufacturing shop.

- The HCF Collector is a horizontally mounted and hanging cartridge collector to filter airborne dust and fume. The cartridge filters are automatically cleaned with a pulse of air. Two configurations are available; an ambient style and a ducted version.
