Vacuum Separator is a storage device that attaches to your vacuum and becomes the hopper.
High Efficiency Vacuum Cyclones. Stainless and Painted
HEC-35L (4W) - 9.3 Gallon
Tiger-Vac® HEC-35L (4W)
These portable High-Efficiency-Cyclones are designed to intercept the particulate being vacuumed and to deposit everything in a conductive bag.
A set of bags comes supplied. Additional bags can be ordered from us or U-Line or whoever you get you plastic products from.
The HEC is a great way to preserve the life of the filter, and also to make cleanup as simple as pulling a bag from a can and tying it off.
Designed for use in : Division 1, Class I, Groups A, B, C, and D. Division 1, Class II, Groups E, F, G. Hazardous Locations as defined in the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)

Dustless Floor Finishing Vacuum and HEC
Tiger-Vac® PLANET 200S HEC
With this HEC setup you can completely contain all of the dust from floor sanding making for a much quicker job.
These separators are designed to intercept vacuumed materials before they get to the filtration system. This can save a lot of time on clean up, and it avoids having to clean and change filters as most of the dust goes into the separation chamber.
The Tiger-Vac® Planet 200S is a 2 in 1 vacuum and intercept hopper that sit on an easy to maneuver cart. It delivers 270 cfm from a single phase 120V circuit. It also provides the most filter surface area. If you need something larger, we have systems that go up to 28 HP diesel powered. Call us at (800) 635-0298 for a free quote.
HEC-200L (4W) POWDER COATED- 55 gallon capacity
Tiger-Vac® HEC-200L (4W) POWDER COATED
These are also available in smaller capacity and different materials.
The HEC 55 Gallon Capacity Powder Coat is a pre-separation system for fine dust in a ORDLOC, or non-NFPA Hazardous Location. It comes with a 4-wheel cart dolly.
The cyclonic lid can be purchased separately if you wish to use your own 55 gallon drum. This is a very useful setup for floor sanding and concrete grinding where you are vacuuming high quantities. We have an optional forklift caddy for easy disposal.
The HEC is a great way to preserve the life of your filters, and also a way to make cleanup super simple.

HEC-200L (4W) STAINLESS STEEL 55 Gallon Stainless
Tiger-Vac® HEC-200L (4W) Stainless Steel
This is just a larger version of the 35L. We also have lots of sizes and configurations you don't see here please call us in case there is something you need for a vacuuming application and you can't find it here or online. All stainless steel construction for the food industry, pharma, and lots of processes where complete cleanliness is necessary. Conductive bags and forklift caddy for easy emptying are available.
The casters are made from conductive resins and the stainless construction is all non-sparking. This is an ideal vacuuming receptacle is critical areas. In areas where the vacuum can not be used, a long clean room hose can be run to the outside where the vacuum is, with the HEC inside.
