We can't use a dust collector that has cartridge filtration as our material gets wedged in the pleats. Can you help?

Our filtration isn't one size fits all. We have lots of options.
The standard M class polyester filter might not work for you if you have high temps. In that case we have NOMEX. If your particulate is sticky or tacky, a cartridge filter will be a disaster as the dust ends up wedged deep in the filter pleats. The solution is an anti-static bag filter made with a coating that will repel everything as the dirt and dust just glides down into the hopper. For the final filter stage we have a HEPA that is efficient down to .3 micron @99.97% allowing the unit to double as a HEPA air cleaner.
