The JetClean features a TEFC motor that allows it to operate all day. The internal spark-quench chamber forces incoming glowing embers and gases into water within a drop-out chamber. The HEPA Module filters contaminants down to .3 microns at 99.97% efficiency and reduces noise levels. Once the sparks are quenched in the water, the air continues its path toward the main filters. Designed for heavy-duty, all-day use, the JetClean has a unique filtering system and an induction motor for continuous operation.
Stainless steel welding and grinding applications can produce hex-chrome as a by product. It is a know carcinogen and it requires HEPA Filtration and efficient capture.

First the fumes and sparks are forced through a drop-out chamber, and then as a final precaution the fume and any remaining embers drop into a water tray.
Our cartridge filters are rated FR but maintenance and proper due diligence are still a must. Keeping spare filters on hand is a good idea also. The cartridge can last anywhere from 6 months to a few years. It is something that is dependent on each individual application.

The 1.5HP Jetclean DF2-1.5 is an all-day welding and cutting fume extractor. The main filter cartridges are efficient to 99.97% @ .5 micron. We can also add HEPA or 38 lbs. of carbon for harmful VOC and dusts when the application calls for it. The Jetclean units are in stock for immediate shipment.

Incredible air volume up to 1345 CFM, TEFC motors and a high efficiency aluminum (non-sparking) backward inclined blower wheel, the Coral Jetclean ruggedly designed and built to stand up and perform in the harshest environments.
