What is an Intrinsically Safe Vacuum Cleaner?
An Intrinsically Safe Vacuum is one that operates with no moving parts and no electrical parts. The power is supplied by compressed air that is fed into a tapered restriction also called a “venturi”. Intrinsically safe vacuums are made from non-sparking metals like stainless steel and aluminum. Mild steel is not suitable as it can create a spark when a nut or a screw is vacuumed. It will create a spark when it hits the wall of the vacuum dirt-bin.

The AC 100 Z22 is the most powerful intrinsically safe industrial vacuum cleaner in the Depureco range, designed for compressed air operation. With the utilization of a high-performance venturi tube, it achieves impressive levels of vacuum pressure. For convenient maintenance, the industrial vacuum is equipped with a manual filter cleaning system, featuring a practical lever on the vacuum head that allows for easy and effective shaking of the filter. The vacuum cleaner is accompanied by a practical release container on wheels, facilitating the collection and disposal of vacuumed materials. The container is available in two options: 17 or 26 gallons of capacity, constructed from AISI 304 steel, and equipped with four sturdy swiveling wheels that enable effortless maneuverability, even when fully loaded.
Can Operate in Diverse Conditions
The AC 100 Z22 is capable of operating in diverse conditions. AISI 304 stainless steel and a primary M Class ant-Static Filter, the AC 100 Z22 is capable of vacuuming dense materials through long runs of hose. With 200 CFM and 200" of vacuuming pressure, the AC 100 is a beast.

Intrinsically Safe Air Vacuum
The MINI AIR Z2-Z22 is an intrinsically safe compressed air vacuum cleaner that offers exceptional power and versatility for a wide range of industrial applications. It features two parallel working ejectors that deliver maximum performance. Each ejector is adjustable, allowing for customized airflow or vacuum strength depending on the specific task at hand. Inside the vacuum cleaner, you’ll find a large surface filter made of antistatic polyester, certified as M class with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron. This filter ensures the safe collection of electrostatically charged dust. Additionally, an optional H14 filter is available for capturing the finest particles. The vacuum cleaner comes equipped with an effective manual filter cleaning system. By simply using the lever located outside the filtering chamber, the operator can shake the filter, causing the dust to be deposited directly into the collection container. For convenient disposal, a spacious 11 gal release container with wheels is provided, making it easy to empty the vacuumed material.

Venturi Pipe with Gravity Discharge
WD AIR is an industrial vacuum cleaner powered by compressed air from the Depureco line to vacuum liquids, even if dirty with debris and light sludge. Equipped with two ejectors which, working in parallel, guarantee maximum performance. Each ejector is adjustable to provide more airflow or more depression depending on the application. Depureco's WD AIR industrial vacuum is equipped with two bag filters, one in polyester or one in polypropylene to be used, depending on the application, to separate the solid material vacuumed from the liquid. The capacity of the container of this unit is 130 Lt, allowing you to easily vacuum large quantities of material and be able to discharge it just as simple thanks to the drain located at the bottom of the container. A transparent tube is mounted on the front in order to check the level of the liquid inside the industrial vacuum. A float can be arranged in the container to vacuum in total safety.
