BL-PRO ATEX HEPA 110V boasts a potent Brushless motor, enabling efficient and rapid cleaning, particularly when dealing with extremely fine dust particles. 

We have a full range of static conductive hoses and tools, as well as hose and tools that are FDA approved for use in food manufacturing. For optimal filtration, the BL PRO industrial vacuum cleaner incorporates a primary filter made of antistatic polyester certified Class M. 

Additionally, an optional HEPA 14 filter can be installed to capture even the tiniest particles during the vacuuming process. All the collected debris accumulates within a 11 gal capacity container crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel

Plus (click or tap to expand) + Can you better explain what is NFPA 652 Compliance for Vacuums and Dust Collectors?

  • The materials of construction must be conductive, except in a few specific circumstances.
  • Hoses must be conductive or static dissipative.
  • All conductive components, including wands and attachments, must be bonded and grounded.
  • Dust-laden air must not pass through the fan or blower.
  • Electrical motors must not be in the dust-laden air stream unless listed for Class II, Division I, locations.
  • Paper filter elements aren’t allowed for picking up liquids or wet materials.
  • Vacuum systems used for metal dust must meet the requirements of NFPA 484, which is the standard for combustible metals.

Plus (click or tap to expand) + Our company did a Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) and we found out our dust has a low explosivity KST rating of under 100. Our area is ORDLOC, do we need a fully explosion proof vacuum?

This is up to the discretion of your EHS or AHJ. In almost all cases a NFPA 652 vacuum for ST1 dust in ORDLOC is all you need.

Yes. Everything from small portables for Class 1 all the way to 50HP trailer mount with explosion venting.  But we don't oversell someone a fully XP vacuum when all you really need is something that is NFPA 652 safe for ST1 dust in ORDLOC.
